Actually, I would prefer 5-10 iu for 6 months if I could manage it. If I couldn't do that, then I'd at least do 2-4 iu for 6 months. You get fat loss regardless of the dosage it would seem to me so I would want to build some lean muscle along with it. I was on 5-10 iu/day for about 5 months when I used HGH. Here's a pic during that time, about August 2007. I was at my biggest and leanest, a little over 19.25" on the arms.
