Best Cardio?!?

Hey. Going to start up some cardio next week. Wondering what you guys suggest. I've read from GET SWOLE to keep my BPM under 130

I don't have a monitor at the moment and the stupid ones on the machines don't work.

I was thinking 1 minute at 10mph followed by 3-4 minutes 3mph
for about 20-30 min 3 times a week. What do ya guys think?

depends what your heart rate is at those speeds.

For endurance, you want to do hitt training for 20 minutes.

For fat burning you want to maintain 135-130 bpm for 30 minutes +.

Id say mix it up a bit depending on your goals. I need to burn fat, but having more endurance makes burning the fat easier, makes everything easier. Do whatever doesnt mess up your joints/ training.
 
just walk at whatever pace you feel like makes you breath a little harder then normal walking, stop and if your using an mp3 player wait grab your pulse and look at your mp3 player until 10 seconds is up. If your 20 to 23 beats in 10 seconds your right around 120 to 130 so your money, If your lower then speed up a bit etc. Thats the easiest ive found to do it.
