If i was going to take IGF without any type of AAS. Whats a good dosage? I was thinking 40 ed

I'm 5'8 172 pounds. was at 180 3 weeks ago but lost 8 pounds : (

I'm not doing body building competitions. I don't even want to blow up like you do on roids. I want to be lean! So i think IGF is perfect for me. Im prob going to buy 2 bottles next week and do a 6 week cycle.

Also got a bottle of clen that I may stack with it. Seems like a great way to get lean without messing with test levels. But if i eat good am i even going to need to use the clen?

40mcgs a day is good

i think 60mcgs is the magic number, some people even venture in the 100 range, alittle to much for me , but to each their own

ive read that 100mcg or more can give u the ronnie colman gut as ifg long can attach to your recptors in your gut.
any thoughts on this...?

It takes a lot bigger dosage and a longer period of time for an effect like that. Most only run IGF 4-6 weeks maximum because of diminishing returns or they run out. Even at 100mcg/day, I doubt you'd get a gut.

I find 100mcg daily gives me and my training partner really good results. He really blew up on2oomcg daily......that might seem likealot for most but he competes and avoids anything that gives bloat.

holy cow !!

200 a day !!

thats a bottle every 5 days, that must hurt the wallet alittle

hey Saudades, what is the best way to mix the IGF with B water? I have heard if using 40mcg per day then fill the syringe to 10 and then add 30 water, is this right?

You have to take into perspective that the stuff is cheap compared to if it was banned and you had to get it from Gearland somewhere. So people are taking advantage of the accessibility.

My partner is running 200mcg along with slin. The gains are comparable to a moderate to heavy gear cycle. When he's dont he doesnt have to worry about PCT or losing most of his gains.

He's doing this:

5AM-IGF 50mcg- slin 10 i.u. 100 grams carb-50 grams protien pre-workout
7AM Workout
8AM IGF 50mcg- Slin 20 i.u. 100 gram carb-50 gram protien shake

4PM IGF 50mcg - Slin10 i.u. 100 Gram carb-gram protien
10PM IGF 50mcg

The Carb/protien shakes are the only supplements he uses. The rest is real food.

Big emphasis on sleep. He takes sunday to get extra rest.

He's going to run this for 12-16 weeks. He then will drop the slin and begin cutting down his IGF dose. We actually are not set on what we will do until we get to the end of his 16 weeks. Depending on his level of water/fat we will begin his cut down to get him competition ready.

I've ran IGF at over 100 and found results where the same as a light test cycle.

But for how long??? One of the main mechanisms that IGF causes cell hypertrophy and especially hyperplasia is the transformation of satelite cells. How many of these indiscriminate cells are floating around?? With the gains I made in 30 days, I can't imagine that gains could continue like that.

They don't. Most people will experience reduced sensitivity to IGF after a while, usually 4-6 weeks. This is probably due to the negative feedback loop in the body. Also, some people experience this sooner and some experience it later than others so it is all in how your body responds to it. Myself, I could go for probably 3 months before seeing diminished returns because my body seems to love IGF. Others I've heard of get hardly any results at all.

Thats very true. I have some guys who make very light gains or gains slow down after 3-4 weeks. There are some who are very sensitive to it and do very well.

Personally I do very well doing 4-6 week cycles.....after that gains slow down drastically.

Considering these facts IGF is a great for post cycle and this is where most people rave about the stuff. It really helps keep gains after a cycle and it can help in the whole recovery after a cycle issue.

If I ever run a cycle I would most def have IGF along with HCG for post cycle recovery.

One other thing I hear alot is that people are recovering from colds and flu's alot faster......a nice side.
