5' 10" 265'ish. About 20-22% bf.
39 y/o....football background (Linebacker)
I look great at 245, but not at 265. I'm hoping the IGF continues to lean me out.
I do a 3 day split. Cardio LISS 40 minutes about 5 days per week.
My diet is also pretty good....I watch my carbs, no junk, no soda, etc.
Did an H-Drol cycle a few months ago and really got off on a good start to recomp, but ended up w/ my nutz in my throat.
I bench around 300, 225 for 20+ reps, prior to left shoulder injury.
My arms are getting defined, but still have fat on upper hammies and gut. This fat must leave immediately.
On a side note....what's up w/ DHEA? As a 22 y/o I did a cycle of sten and looked competition ready. I'm thinkin maybe DHEA could help me w/ the fat loss, too.
