igf was new when i last did a cycle. and when i used it i did the following
3 units of gh in the am m-f
5 units of insulin in the am. (this was only sometimes insulin always scared me wasnt sure then how it would act with igf)
50 mcg of igf usually sub q or in my bis usually 45 min before i trained even though i was advised to use it PWO but i felt a better pump before (i would drink a mass recovery while training)
so what do guys do now? im debating on using it by itself before i add in juice. also not sure if using gh with it is a waste?
