oral liquid oxandrolone

Hello guys
Just a quick one:
Last night I´ve converted 1g of oxandrolone, with 9.8ml of peg 400 and 39.2ml of 190 alcohol.. I see that a part have solved into the liquid, but another part says in "suspension" when I mix.. and quickly goes down... it´s normal?
