I know I've started a thread similar to this years ago but just out of curiosity, how many of our active memebers are over 40 and counting. Me personally....I'm over fifty and counting but my alzheimers, thank god, helps me to forget my age.
So lets have it, who all is over 40 and active posting on the forums.

I knwo we got a few reps awho are cuttin it close ;)

i got a few years to go... but i always welcome the opinions of the older and wiser!! .. (as long as you don't mind listening to the younger and better looking... ) .... oooooh .... j/k .... i couldn't help myself... i do legs and i feel about 75... if that's any consolation..

Props to you and your from TN! My friend is 52 but just reads at work since im his trainer. MDTNT you inspire man.........I love to hear about people not giving in to age. I plan on being active for as long as possible so I love to hear it.........and like in a previous post the guy from p90X is 50 years old and in awesome shape.

Almost 52. I always say I'm just trying to hold on to what I got. lol

Thats the spirit bro.
You're up there with me, though I still got you by a couple lol.
The old cliche "we're a dying breed" holds no meaning in my life. Being this young I am grateful for the first half of my life and hope the second half is even half as eventful.
