decline weighted twisting crunches

Ok my benchpress , with a swap out of the seat which is secured with a U notch in the seat from a gap in the support braces.

Is how the seat connects and adjusts angle. Since the bottom end is able to be lifted.

So the seat can come completely off , for the swap seat with leg holders to do decline weighed crunches..

These will also be around 20 degrees decline also I guess. to weight them I grab a barbell with a frontsquat grip so as I come up , I have control and as I come down I have control with my chest absorbing most of the weight , legs are straight up and down , while body angle changes giving me room to twist for contraction.

Now do you think 20" decline is enough , or do you feel that a bigger decline to a more vertical position would be better , .. which ab muscles get targeted more from more vertical , I know that the more vertical I make the exercise the more leveragely challenged I am. To keep me from being able add weight to the exercise while a shallower incline will still allow me to do the movement after adding weight.

So ive been wondering that weighted abs with a decline but only a 20 degree , will give me good enough angle. to where I can add weight , strength ab and add weight. compared to steeper I can really add weight even after abs get strong enough because the leverage will make a small change in weight , A huge change for the abs.
