Hey bros i was doing alittle shopping and saw this product http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bev/amino.html my ? is would this be a good sup to take with the igf ?

it looks like its just amino acids correct? if so then yes its good to take with igf, and its something you should always be taking bro

igf works well by itself. So anything positive you want to add with it is a added benefit.

Igf allows you a little more freedom on nutrition but you do need to get quality stuff in the gut so to speak. I don't think you would go wrong with anything you mentioned thus far.
