Hot IGF

Just got my delivery of 3 bottles... the cool pak was hot to the touch and needless to say, the igf bottles were hot, too. It felt more like a heating pad than a cool pak. From my experience with tropin types of growth, they had to stay cool/cold... is my IGF "spoiled" now, or is it still good to go?

pop it in fridge bro, its 100% fine , it was sent in ice packs and i can gaurentee the contents in the bottle are no ruined and that the solution is not hot, ur fne brutha

Had the same situation with my IGF, but 30 days later and 13.4 lbs of muscle later.... after not gaining for years...... I'm pretty sure it was good as Presser said!

how did u diet?

You have to have it in heat for a month for it to lose all it's potency and even then you may still have something to work with. Good luck.

I don't know if you would call it dieting. I stay very lean all the time. I had to forcefeed myself to get enough calories to stay between 215 and 218. When I started the IGF my appetite was insane so I'm sure I ate more at mealtime. I also added a big True Mass shake during the day and I started waking in the middle of the night starving so I had another True Mass shake with a scoop of Syntha 6. I ate my normal meals and I ate when I had to. That's it.

Thanks... that's good to know. I was used to the tropin based growth that had to stay cold all the time or it went bad.
