Typical IGF protocols

I personally always did my simple carb intake and applied my igf 1 hour post workout. I took in carbs after the workout but just to be sure I also took in about 50 grams before application. I applied bilaterally every time as well as rotating application sites every day.
 
Im just looking for your protocols. I gues I could have put that in by editting as well.
 
I do it 30 min Pre workout with 50g of carbs and a carb drink while training. I inject bilaterally in the weakest muscle group I am training that day or if its a day off.. the following day
 
i do like three applications a week, usually higher dosages. like 80 or 100 mcg. just applied each time into alternating triceps.
 
Thats the first ive heard of the three a week. So do you go every other day and skip Sunday or something?

Me too. Unless he is doing DC training and only hits the days he lifts heavy??? I was on 50mcgs every day for three weeks. will be off for three then on for three...
 
I got into the muscle group I just worked the hardest, bilaterally post workout. I used to split up the dose between early morning and then post workout but I didn't see much of a difference with that. Carb drink before than a few more an hour later
 
Im trying mine by applying it subcu into my lower abdomen fat.

no knots, welts, etc.
 
I use mine within 15 minutes of a workout (since I usually have to drive to the gym from work). On non-workout days, I use it in the am before work.

ill usually take my carbs in 20 mintues before the end of my workout, igf, then carbs again 20 min later
 
i see a lot of you take carb drinks... i just try to eat carbs after my workout, does anyone suggest any particular carb drink?

While my FIRST IGF cycle will be starting shortly, I can give you my idea on when I'm going to take it.

I plan to take the IGF 8 hours after the muscle is worked out, into that muscle.

My reasoning is because IGF inhibits the proliferation work by MGF, and we know MGF expression is upregulated post workout. IGF differentiates...

So I would never want to differentiate right after my workout. Rather I'd let proliferation do its thing, then differentiate later, otherwise it makes no sense to me.

That in my opinion is part of the reason why IGF effects wear off so quickly, and has to be cycled.

So I plan to do 15mcg to 20mcg total 8 hours after the workout, in 5 different pins into the worked muscle in hopes of better site specific recovery. I really want to minimize how much igf goes systemic.

(The idea for multiple pinnings came from someone I respect quite a bit, and it makes a lot of sense to me, so I'll make a log and let you guys know how it goes :))

I do it like this myself on training days, and on days off, I take it in the morning.
 
How do you guys take it pre workout and still have a solid workout?? I take like 60 g of simple carbs after workout before my injection and then another 30 after and im still feelin sleepy and hypo symptoms when im in tha shower...isnt until i eat something that they go away....weird
