yea bro it comes already premixed in aa....u can back load with BW but u dont have to worry about reconstituting it with MC....I think you'll be very pleased with the results as well
im prolly gonna run 40-60 mcg post workout. at least to start with that is.
That will be ran with about 750 test E and 600 EQ. After 4 weeks with lr3, I will throw in 40 mg DB per day.
hahaha....i guess ill do 30 pre workout if thats the effect you get from it.

ive heard of those doing it only in the morning too, I guess its just a preferrence or is there some science on the differences. All the stuff Ive learned has mentioned most methods, but didnt really give a difference.
i would start at 30 as well, first time running it smaller dose is better so you can see how your body will react to it. Next time you can bump it up a bit more.
