Here's the deal....trying to bring up arms and chest. like this:
mon- chest/tri -40 mcg in pecs
tues- back/bi - 40 mcg in bi's
wed- legs 40 mcg in tear drops/quads (switch b/w the 2 each wk)
thurs- should.-40 mcg in delts
fri-arms/4arms - 40 mcg in tri's
(all done immed. post training)
Any of you got opinion on the arms getting it twice a week? will there be any down regulation on that dose. Or is it ok b/c i switch from bi to tri on tuesdays and friday?
