coming from you i figured it would be a shot of test and 2 eca's lol. I love lucky charms on my cheat day last week i had a full half box of cappn crunch lol.

well to be honest the eca is the first thing i take every morning, and then i have to wait about 2 hours until i get hungry

^^ haha i knew it i remember you always had ECA first thing, I had a tough time eating this morning too think the Dbol is hindering my appetite which with my goals right now isnt really a bad thing.
