Norms IGF PCT -week1.

First week off gear. Didnt even slow me down. Im still lifting just as hard. But i have noticed that I dont have the ability to keep up with the same amount of sets. I get muscle fatigue a lot faster. Plus... omg am i getting sore.

Each day that passes i get more and more energy. Yesterday for instance i woke up at 8am had a massive cardio/ leg day. Then cleaned up the back yard, raking mowed the lawn one last time, then cleaned up the family suv, headed for work about 8pm and worked till 3am. got home around 4am.... woke up today at 10am. So energy level is really starting to kick up- which is great. Fatigue was one of the reasons why i ended my cycle early.

Im basically looking leaner. Even though i was taking nolvadex, i was still holding water. So now that im completely off, damn i look sexy.

IGF should be arriving shortly, along with hcg, and clomid. I plan on getting things rolling shortly.
 
im meeting up with my partner for bench day... Since i started my cycle and my diet, my bench dropped about 40lbs. Im still trying to get it back. ITs unlikely that going off gear will help in that endeavor, but im still going to try.

Im still keeping my carbs around 100 grams per day.
 
Im still 30lbs below my max. But i handled it today and had no pain, just couldnt get it off my chest.
 
I dont always loose my gains. A lot of the time if i use cutting drugs (no water) ill maintain my gains as long as i do a good pct. The only reason why im weaker right now is cause im still carb dieting...... OR i should say that im living a lifestyle with less carbs. I do see myself getting back to where i was, its just taking me time.

When i was not on anything i was benching 425. Im only getting 395 right now. My last cycle i actually got weaker..... crazy, i know...
