geno miniquick

i can get some genotropin miniquick 0.6mg but the box says that it must be used within 24 hours. I'm not sure how many IUs that comes out to and if it is worth it. Would this still be good after the 24 hour window?

Those come as a pre-filled syringe. Each one would be a single use. After reconstituting with bacteriostatic water that is contained within the syringe, that is when you have 24 hours to use it. In powder form, they can last for 3 months in the refrigerator. The strength of dosage that you can buy ranges from 0.2mg to 2.0mg. IUs aren't an exact form of measurement. For example, 1 IU of insulin does not equal the same volume of 1 IU of growth hormone so without more information from the actual package insert, it's hard to know how many IU you have.

I suppose I'd need the full package insert. I'm guessing though that there won't be any information on IUs. I'll have to do a little research on mg to IU standard conversion for GH (as should you). I'll post anything I find.
