What are some of you guy's careers when you're not in the gym? What are your career or life goals besides BB?
I've been disabled for 5 years but I hope to become a vet tech and work my way up like Jane Goodall did and work with primates.
I also want to write, maybe screenplays. A friend of ours is a NY Times best selling author and she's encouraging me to write.
Before I was disabled I was a personal trainer in NYC. I did sports specific and functional training, it wasn't body building which is very different. But I was really good at it and that might be something I'd do part time. My nickname was The Nazi. I made my clients puke. (I'm German, hence the Nazi nickname and the fact that I was relentless).
It's funny, my coach is Jewish, and he knows about my nickname and we joke about Inglorious Basterds and The Producers.

I'm part of corporate america... lucky me! I can't complain too much though... salary, benefits, paid time off, experience, etc is all amazing and I've been at my current job 8 years so I have a really good thing on my resume!

I finished cosmetology school last year and hope to one day combine my business smarts to do something in the health, beauty and/or fitness industries.

Girl I'd love to be an esthetician. I LOVE dermabrasion and peels and laser and botox and all that jazz! I'm a regular at my plastic surgeons. There are so many awesome new beauty products and procedures I'm like a kid in a candy store. I do my mom's peels too. We're both up to 60% lactic acid. I can do TCA although it fucking HURTS like a mofo I can only leave it on for like 20 seconds. Jessner is a little less painful, but the TCA peel takes off a couple layers of my skin, peeling over a few days time, and I love the new skin underneath.

I know, I know... :( Trust me, it isn't that I don't want to.

Isn't there a show there this weekend? There's so much bodybuilding motivation there, it's ridiculous. Not to mention, today's NJ weather is probably what you guys enjoy almost every day of the year!
