what does bb stand for?

i notice many repices for homebrewing dont have bb yet some do... why is this and what does bb stand for and what is bb purpose in homebrew?

Too much/too little can make a powder fall in/out of solution

test cyp recipes show that it doesnt need bb... should i use some or do i not need any??

No. IMO it's really there to take the sting out from BA.

okay i didnt know that thanks for your reply.... so in your opinion should i use ba and bb? or just ba? is it easier to make one way than the other without crashing it or is it simply just takes the sting out of the ba? thanks

I think (not 100% sure) that the bb takes the sting out of the BA....and the sting of the BA happens in higher concentrations.

so 200mg/ml of cyp or enanth is "normal" concentration. But some brewers do 300 -500 mg/ml which obviously will bite alot more....probably need some bb then.

good calll bro, im no chemist lol but that does make some sense....maybe with shots like prop that tend to hurt more so would require the bb

yes, thats also true. even tho prop dosages are smaller, the shorter ester can be more painful. prop estered anything can be quite uncomfortable.

Ain't that the truth. One batch I tried to super concentrate. It felt like someone shot me multiple times in the site with a paintball gun.

remember when prop estered boldenone was around a few years ago? i never ran across a source who had it....but rumor was it was devestatingly painful.

I've never tried it, I wonder how the hurtin' compared to test prop or test susp.
