I got me some IGF and started applying it preworkout instead of post workout like most do. Others using this method claimed it created great pumps in your workout.

The last to workouts have had noticeable increased pumps from trying it this way. Might want to give it a try.

yeah bro as u prolly know i am one of the few who apply it pre workout, and i just cant see doing it any other way , i mean i feel great from it this way and my pumps are so painful i have to sometimes quit a set early or break longer, lol, so if it aint broken dont try to fix it i guess, and my preworkout applications aint broken!

I am actualy glad someone tryed it this way as well and posted their results!

You guys ever get Hypo during workouts applying pre? I know im sensitive as shit to it lol so its different for me but it always made me hypo and tired like an hour afterward sometimes less. You guys dont get any of this?

I plan to begin this method here in about 4 weeks. I just hope it doesn't make me overly sensitive to the slin I'll be using post.

no bro because i eat 4-5 packs of flavored oatmeal right after i apply it and then i go to the gym, i have to carb up before the gym otherwise im flat, plus i grab a hydroxy drink at gym and just recently started also getting a carbo force down after the hydroxy drink, so no hypo issues here brutha

Holy fuck 4 to 5 packs thats like 300 grams of carbs in a meal haha. Crazy fucker, i have about 4 packs a day. I may try some IGF again in a month or so, if i get on this new job that will have me sitting on my ass then i probably will. Its just hard as shit to manage my hypo symptoms when im doing manual labor.

i usually have a large gatorade with me during my workouts with some waxy maize in it... helps if you take a plunge

I've always done it preWO with a protein shake and a bagel. No issues and the pumps are crazy. I won't do it any other way. Speaking of.... its time for me to stock up again.

I've always done pre, as well. Great pumps, sometimes too great, but I'm not complaining. I've seen good gains and feel better, too. I've never had an issue with going hypo, even if I haven't eaten for a while before taking it. Maybe I'm just lucky.

surprisingly, never. But slin never made me go hypo either. And I only have about moderate carb intake. All I have preworkout is some No Explode.

I like it preWO myself, and I have to watch the hypo thing, too.
