Thank god for this stuff its amazing. I buy about 4 boxes a week of the maple and brown sugar. contains only 1 gram of sugar per pack and it tastes like its chocked full of sugar so damn good. I eat it about twice a day 2 packs a day along with sweet potatoes in my other meals for carbs. I cant wait for this winter when i can eat this shit with every single meal im addicted to it.

I've seen it, but never tried it... I just add a packet of stevia and 1tbsp or so of SF syrup to my oats to sweeten it up a lil. I'll check that out when I'm done dieting... sounds yummy!

they are amazing Steph i couldnt believe they tasted as good as they do without the sugar i cant get enough of them.

Do you guys not think the things they use as sugar substitutes could be just as bad, or worse for us than the actual sugar? There have been studies linking aspertame to cancer. I know they probably use some other artificial sweetener, but that crap always scares me.

Im not really worried about it, i have yet to read anything linked directly to an artificial sweetner causing cancer or many of the other claimed things in humans. I have heard of the cancer it can cause in rats, but things that effect animals do not do the same exact thing to humans. To my knowledge there is no credible evidence to aspartame causing any of the sides some of the 'independant' studies have claimed. There is no evidence out there that i know of backing them up besides speculation. There is one thing that i cant recall that people can have a predisposed condition about amino acid problems, and that mixed with aspartame can cause mental problems but its the amino in the aspartame that causes the problem in that disorder i believe. Aspartame has actually been said in several studies that it relieves pain from osteoarthritis, multiple sclerosis, and sickle cell anemia.

Even all the headache claims coming from the claimed sweeteners i havent seen anything backing that up either. So im gonna keep on rockin it lol.

Sounds like you know more about it than me, haha. I guess I just think sugar is one of those things where as long as it is in moderation, it better to have the natural substance than an artificial replacement. I guess this doesn't really apply to things that have refined sugar already added though.

Naww man i just did a paper about some of the stuff to do with these things a few years ago. This is just what ive found like i said it may be out there i just havent seen proof at all. Yeah sugar is good in moderation but an extra 13 or so grams of sugar per serving or so in oatmeal when i have like 7 or 8 packs a day is just wayyyyy too much for me lol.

Yeah, my wife got some to use in her coffee, and I tried it and thought it tasted kind of strange. It's sweet for sure, but doesn't taste sugar sweet, I don't know how to describe it. Just different.

Yeah, it's different and takes a little getting used to but I've been using it for so long that I don't really notice anymore. Plus, I don't mind sacrificing a little bit of flavor in exchange for less cals and carbs! That's just me personally tho! :)

Oatmeal is good for controlling the weight.
Use raw vegetables such as broccoli, carrot, cucumber, and spinach for controlling your weight.

I don't think it's that bad. It's got higher fiber and lower sugar (I believe) than regular instant oatmeal.
