for real food...junk...for what...
ok this may sound strange,, every week i buy 2lbs of dried fruit.. apricots, apples, plums, etc... when every i get the muchies or just hungry i grab a handful with water... and it holds me off for a while..
also.. sweet tooth... kill it with pickles.... i get this late night craving for ice cream.. granted a pickle is not ben & jerry's but it really does cut back on some of the urge..
that also.. you can try .. every time you want to eat.. HAVE SEX>>> keeps you busy for a few.. burns calories.. (usually <!--emo&**--><img src="http://musclechemistry.mantisforums.com/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/devil.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt='**'><!--endemo-->), takes your mind off of eating--- food..
