Help me out: Timing GH, Slin, IGF-1

How do you reccommend timing all 3? Assuming all are done EOD on training days (training EOD, dosing on those training days)

If anyone can post links if this has been discussed I couldnt find anything definitive.

Seems like this might work:

EITHER:
Slin - 5iu intramuscular Preworkout
IGF - 100mcg bilaterally intramuscular Immediately Post Workout
GH - 10ius Intramuscular Post Workout

OR

Slin - 5iu intramuscular Postworkout
IGF - 100mcg bilaterally intramuscular Immediately Post Workout
GH - 10ius Intramuscular Post Workout

OR

Slin - 5iu intramuscular Postworkout
IGF - 100mcg bilaterally intramuscular Immediately PRE Workout
GH - 10ius Intramuscular in the AM or Early Afternoon


WHat do you guys prefer or think?
 
I would defintalty change it so your doing the hgh in the morning sometime bro and the igf pre workout, so your last option looks best to me
 
I was just going to post the same thing. Third option looks best to me. You want the IGF before the workout and slin after the workout or they'll work against each other. HGH you'll want in the morning like Presser said.
 
its weird because on other boards Gh is ONLY advocated post workout...

Same with IGF.. honestly till i found this board i had NEVER seen igf dosed at anytime except IMMEDIATELY post workout. Whats the science behind this?

And wouldnt doing GH about 4 hours preworkout make the most sense so its peaking after you train?
 
well most people do igf post workout bro, i only said preworkoput because i use it this way personaly and prefer it, but yes most people do their igf post workout

However on the hgh it is definatly better earlier because you produce the most natural HGH at night when ur sleeping so it would be somewhat of a waist or not optimal if you took hgh during that time, you would want to take the hgh when ur body is producing the least amount naturaly which would be mornings

I dont have the personal experience to help you with any slin questions bro sorry but ill bump this up for the other guys who know all about slin
 
i still have 4 weeks till I start this cycle so hopefully by then ill decided haha.

They both cause blood sugar to lower. You're asking for a double whammy if you take them together. It's best to handle them separately. IGF is great pre-workout because if you have taken some carbs before the workout as well, it shuttles them into your cells, and you get a fantastic pump. Slin is best post-workout because you want to fuel your recovery after a hard workout, and your muscles will be primed to suck in nutrients. Slin will help that happen better than IGF at that time.

Many people do IGF post-workout because they aren't using slin. It's the next best thing to get nutrients into your cells after a workout if you aren't using slin. If you do use slin, then you want to move the IGF to pre-workout.

Do you guys know what the peak concentration of GH is when done Intramuscular? I hear its quicker than Subq which I thought was 4-6 hours.

I figured maybe do GH around Noon because I train at 5pm, leaving it to peak during my workout. Thoughts?

I hate to overcomplicate things, but this is my first time using GH/IGF and I dont want to do it wrong!
 
Yes, HGH peaks faster when done IM, about a couple hours faster so you're looking at 3-4 hours instead of 4-6 with subq. I don't see anything wrong with doing it so that it peaks during the beginning of your workout, but if any amount is still in your system after your workout when you take the slin, it will prevent the slin from working as well as it should. HGH and slin are antagonistic to each other.

it means taking a dose of igf, say 40 mcg, and applying it in two areas. i.e. 20mcg each arm or each delt.
 
well after 2 tries of scouring the internet, i have come to the conclusion that there is no good way to do this. There are conflicting points to every protocol. Im just going to shoot all 3 immediately post workout.

the only other thing I am debating is splitting both in half and doing half Pre and half post workout... aside from that im not splitting it up or timing them in a special way because I think no one actually understands this crap haha

i agree with the others, youre third option is best. but considering you wont take the advice of the board owner and admin (both with impressive avatars), im sure you wont take my advice either.

my only serious advice is watch out for low blood sugar. it could get dangerously low.

doing them all at once is a big mistake bro but its your call obviously, however i wouldnt be doing slin & igf together. As for "gurus" just be careful who you think is a guru bro, just cause someone has been on a site with thousands of posts doesnt mean they still cant be some little dweeb regurgitating garbage they read elsewhere.
