So I got 7 bottles coming. I have 1 so far. I wanted to use them in my upcoming cycle, but I recently had a mild strain on my right pec and then tricep. I've taken a few days off, but it seems that it will be several more days before I can even touch a weight. I know that IGF makes me heal 10 times quicker, but I don't want to waste it when I can't train. What do you guys think? Should I just take the time off and then do light weights?? Or add in the IGF site applied to the area immediately.
