You guys get like marble sized zits?

I dont know if its a zit or an ingrown hugified hair. This thing is under my chin and is about the size of a fuckin marble huge. Its a little sore but not too bad. Ive had them like this before just wondering if anybody else is unlucky and gets a few of these too?
 
I don't think I've ever gotten one on my face, but occasionally I get them on the back of my neck near my hairline or my chest or back. The ones on the neck sometimes blow up into huge messes, but I have to use a knife to get into them.
 
Yeah i havent got it open yet its kinda like the one in that vid under the skin quite a bit. I dont know if it will go away on its own or not. .Its a bit annoying.
 
ive had em on my lower back and shoulders. they hurt like hell, and never really pop. Accutane is a god send for me bro!
 
I get something kind of like that from time to time but they aren't really zits. More like knots or something. I try to pop them and there's nothing to pop, just a bump under my skin. Stays sore for a few days and after about a week it's gone.
 
yeah thats what this is i read your not supposed to pop them and they can last months :eek: shit sucks. I dont wanna take anything as strong as accutane i can deal with a few pimples here and there but these things are monsters lol.

trust me no you dont you could squeeze on this thing for an hour and nothing would happen. I thought about taking a syringe and see what comes out of it lol. Althought if it did pop i think it would put a hole in the wall.

I have that problem too. It I see a bump I try and pop it, even if it isn't ready. Usually that just gives me a stupid red spot or bruise for a couple days, which looks worse than the bump would have. lol.
 
im with crg on this, let it pass. no head to pop, leave it be. i got enough scars already.
 
i get them on my back, but i TRY to leave them alone.... sometimes it just ends of being a large oil deposit

that's what I normally do when I get a zit... stab that little bastard with a pin and then use a non-pinned syringe to create a vacuum on the zit, and it sucks it dry and is back to normal within an hour or two.
 
Sounds like you are all talking about cystic acne, and some won't go away unless they are cut out since they are so deep under the skin. I get them now and then myself--really hate 'em. I get them on the back of my neck, too. I'll have to try LeatherHead's trick to see if I can get these buggers out next time.

really? damn i hope not, i used to get them all the tim on my chin but they all went away. What causes them to be so deep?
 
Some pores just go that deep and the clog gets down in there. My brother-in-law had a really deep one on his chin that had to be cut out when he was young. Sometimes you can bring them to the surface or heal them by putting neosporin on them.
