Who is using it now, or used it before, and what bennefits did you see, and how long of a cycle?
 
im running 5ius daily

in the past when ran for awhile ive experienced fat loss and recovery from old injuries
 
In the past I've run anywhere from 2 iu's ( maintanance dose) to 4 iu's. It really depends on what you are trying to achieve. Some prefer to do it 45 minutes prior to doing cardio on an empty stomach to mobilize fat cells where some prefer to do it post work out for gains. I started to notice the effects on 2 iu's at the begining of the later part of 2nd month. At 4 iu's I noticed water retention ( which cardio can remedy ) and numbness in both of my arms.
 
When you guys say recovery from old injuries, can you be more specific? I had a torn left peroneal tendon, had surgery to fix it 3 years ago, but still have chronic, and sometimes, severe pain. Enough to wake me from my sleep some nights. Is that the kind of injury GH could heal, or at least help?
 
I've been using 10iu on weekdays. For me, it's more of an issue of raising blood sugar and controlling my hypoglycemia which has been better ever since I got back on HGH. On the weekends when I don't take it, there is a noticeable difference, and I have more trouble. Been debating whether to take a smaller dose like 5iu on the weekends.
