you can have ur preworkout shake for sure brutha, it works best followed by some carbs bro, i know i use it this way and wouldnt do it any other way my man
I try to have plenty of carbs prior to training. I have my pre w/o shake 1 hour before and IGF 30 minutes pre w/o. I then drink my BCAA drink starting 15 minutes pre w/o.
