No Bake Peanut Butter Protein Cookies

Ingredients
1 Cp Quaker Old Fashioned Oats
8 TBS Powdered Egg Whites
4 TBS Peanut Butter
3 TBS honey
2 TBS Hersheys Special Dark Chocolate Chips



Directions
In a bowl mix the oats and powdered egg whites.
In a small saucepan , melt the peanut butter and honey. Add the melted peanut butter to the dry ingredients and mix well. Divide the dough into 6 portions and flatten into cookie shape. When they have cooled off a bit, move them to a cooling rack. In a small saucepan (I use the same pan), melt the chocolate chips. Spread the melted chocolate on the cookies. Cool completely. Makes 6 awesome protein cookies with similiar nutrition to a commercial protein bar.

I like peanut butter and it is my favorite and really it is good and specially when made late after dinner and it is good for getting energy and but it is heavy too on the other hand.

so 20 grams protein in 6 cookies?is that right?yes i no this is old but exactly what i was looking for
