My opinon on Insulin

I have got to say that this is where its at for growth. Atleast for me anyways. Im also taking humantrope HGH at 2iu a day. My body has responed so well to this combo. So much, that Im going to lower my test mg. per week.

In your best estimate how much of your current growth would you say is from slin versus from your gear? I'm going to be doing a 18 weeker with 12 weeks bulk, 6 week cut and want to get the most out of the bulk peroid so I bought some humalog but am unsure if The benefits outweigh the adjustments to meal schedules and risk. How much would you estimate someone below there genetic limit of mass could add by adding slin to a cycle versus not adding it?

Man it would be hard to put a poundage number on it, but all I can say is, I just keep filling out in the right places. I quess what Im trying to say is that Im 270-275lbs right now, and it looks like it.
 
its said to avoid fat after dosing slin. with you dosing 2-3 times a day (with a 4 hour window of activity each time), that's 8-12 hours a day when slin is "active". Do you avoid fats during all that time? Or do you still eat like you did before slin?
 
I do not watch my fat intake at all. I just eat. Im sure the HGH helps with the fat.
 
Really wow I was paranoid of the fat intake. Do you monitor your carb intake? I ask because I usually have enourmous pwo meals such as massive shakes and either multiple bowls of cereal or 4-5 panacakes with syrup. From my understanding on slin I'd need to cut these items down to minimal amounts to keep from getting fat?

My carbs are 500+ a day.
 
A mistake a lot of guys make (an why they get fat)...is eating X number of carbs because they use X dose of insulin.....dose your insulin according to how many carbs u normally eat....the point is to assimilate your meals and/or pre/during/pwo nutrition better....who isn't going o get fatter adding 300-400g extra carbs to their diets? If you eat 300g of carbs split into meals of 50 or 60g just use a few ius of insulin (3-5) .....instead of 12ius of insulin and ramming down 120g of carbs....if your worried about fat gain use it sparingly and pre workout....2-3ius will have an amazing affect on recovery....don't get in a hurry to get to 10ius.....use only on larger bodypart like chest, back and legs......use with gh and/or gh peptides.......if you are over 15% bodyfat you probably shouldn't b using insulin.....the higher your bodyfat % the more likely you are going to partition calories to fat.....the leaner....more towards muscle......igf-1 used on non insulin days will help resensitize your body to insulin (be careful usig them on the same day...it can make blood sugar unpredictable)

everybody is always worried about fat. if you have a consistant cardio workout to go along with you lifting you can eat forever wwe do enough work to make our body use all the fuel we throw in

well definetly not thinking of upping carbs as I am an ecto and eat prob 400+ carbs a day. Usually 80-120c for my main meals. My pwo meal is generally 200+ carbs. So would I need to pull back my carbs on the meals I don't use slin with and just move them to other meals?

Though if I do the pre workout slin I can have my pwo meal big still if i wait an hour post workout it should be out of my system. Was thinking of using slin on first meal of the day as well on either workout days or day after workouts. Btw all of my workout days will be big days since I'll be on an upper lower split.
