Anyone familiar with these bikes? I have a couple that are in great shape yet I can't sell em to save my life. Are these shit bikes or what? I'm only asking the trade in value.
Pic 1 has less than 5k on it

can you post pictures bro of what they look like beit ur bikes or just a pic from the internet of them

not a bad looking bike but im not into bikes and never even been on one so what do i know, lmao

Yea, I can't ride them nor do I ever want to. I just let them idle once in a while becasue I'm too much of a pussy to try to ride one. Hece the sale.

Now I need a goddam buyer!

P.S. there's two of em there: a 2000 and a 2001

why do u have them if u dont ride em, they stolen or someshit

Nah, it was collateral on a loan that defaulted. Now I'm stuck with the fuckers and thus need to liquidate them to recover my loss

i ride rockets. not familiar with those bikes though. but i have successfully used craigslist and ebay to buy/sell bikes and parts.

Holy hell bro! They have a cult like following. You can definitely get some money for them. I'm not a huge Guzzi fan myself, but I know a few people who live and die by them. They are supposedly some of the best built bikes on the planet. I'll see if I can get a hold of my old barber who collects these things and see if he'd be interested.

That'd be great. I don't like fucking with ebay because they charge you to sell them but here is San Diego not too many people are interested on craigslist. As you said, they have a cult like following...just not here.

All I want is trade-in book.

craigslist has been good to me. I'd check them out.

gonna be hard to sell a "toy" in this economy. If anyone offers to buy it, they will lowball the shit out of you. Good luck on selling them though.

seems almost easier to trade these days.

i did a search for you and have seen 2001 moto guzzi jackals with 25k+ miles going for 3500-4300$

id just post them up somewhere as stated, even on craigslist in your city..or go to a motorcyle shop, and get a price qoute on them ,and price them accordingly..

Tried to track Bob down... apparently he retired. But I put the word out to his old partners that if they see or hear from him, to contact me because I have a Guzzi contact for him.

You should just try craigslist... Better than ebay and you'll get a good audience for them. I'd try doing a search for the bikes you're selling to see if there are any even listed to see what others have, what they're asking and how long they've been up for sale or not.

I sold my bike via craigslist year before last and took it in the shorts BIG time... It was a real nice KLR650 with a lot of extra goodies, very clean too.

Nobody wanted to spend that much on a used bike... I wasn't even asking that much, just KBB value at the miles on my odometer. I got screwed big time....

Hope you have better luck than me... and just start by searching what you've got and how much they're going for then post up on craigslist.

PS: Guzzi's do have the cult like following mentioned above so you might be luckier.

I've had it on craigslist for a month and not a single person has showed. Craigslist people are fucked up often times. They'll email me a question and post a link to the ad so when I reply they can click on it and remind themselves what item they were looking at. These fucks mass mail people and by the time they get a reply they have no idea why or who they were mailing in the first place.

Good times :D
