whats up everyone.....this is the deal, a friend of mine is on a test cycle but he doesnt train legs at all.....all he does is upper body and then he complains when he doesnt see the pounds on the scale.......can you guys help explain to him that unless he does some squats, deadlift, and so on that he is just wasting his time.........he keeps saying next week i will start but he is bullshiting.......he wont listen to me but maybee if he reads it from you guys he will come to his sences .....thanks
