ok so im doing 30mg tbol and 50mcg igf daily for 50 days.
diet-
6 egg whites and 2 yokes in the morning for breakfast with 2 banannas.
3 hours later- protein shake
3 hours later lunch. grilled chicken wrap. with salsa or hotsauce
3 hours later- protein shake
3 hours later-dinner some kind of meat.- steak, sushi, salmon, tuna,
(workout happens here)
3 hours later- protein shake
