Questons on Dose, method, and time for IGF

Whats up guys, hope all your training is the best ever. I havent been around for a while nor have I been training for about 6 months. Which has left me time to ponder my next run on IGF. I finished my last 5 week run in May. Results were awsome. Lost a ton of body fat. I started ay 40mcg, sub Q, pre-workout and finished with 80 mcg the same way. Slowly worked up to it. I immediatly jumped on a bulk deal I was so pleased with the results. Unfortunatly, due to a thousand reasons, I had to hang up training for a bit.
I have now started a new round. I am trying the magic 100 mcg sub Q. Pre workout is a little tougher now. I used to be in a gym where I kept all my "stuff" there. Now I have to carry it with me which I hate. Which brings me to my questions. I know these questions have been asked a hundred times and some of you are probably sick of answering them but I think this is a little different.
When to take IGF seems to be the most debated question, but the answer is always based on personal preference. I understand the pumps with pre w.o but what is the real benefit? If you are applying IM it seems pre is the way to go based on selected area of application. But if your applying sub Q in the stomach, why would it matter when you do it? It would seem before bed would be a better time while you body is rebuilding? Ive done sub q because I dont have one particular area I want to build. Just bigger in general and a few nagging injuries that just work go away! Im out of ideas to get rid of these f*$king things.
As always, I appreciate the input. Sorry for the long winded post but I wanted to give an explanition as to where Ive been. I dont just pop in when I need something, haha. I look forward to participating again.

Hahaha this is what I mean. But why? Nuk does am and Presser does pre. Is there a specific reason? I know a lot of guys go with the pre but is it just for the pump? I guess it doesnt really matter but Im just one of those people that likes to know how and why everything works. I also want to get the most out of it. Of course I'll always listen to your advise, most of you guys appear to be in WAY better shape than I am! I have read post on IGF back a couple years and never found an answer to this. I run the IGF alone so the only inconveince is doing it in my truck. I imagine some people schedule it around other supplements or gear they are doing.

I take it pre because of the elevated spike in insulin and then whatever i consume is shuttled into the muscles more so. I usualy take in my carbs right after the igf and then hit the gym and have killer workouts, I have tryed it both ways and it just worked much much better for me preworkout.
