Where is the IGF-1 made?

I'm just curious as to where the IGF-1 that is sold in the musclechemistry store is made. I have been doing quite a bit of snooping around and it is definitely the cheapest here so I was wondering where the supplier of the store is located.

Also it seems like most people do localized applications, is that the most effective way?
