i plan on taking creatien prework out and protein shake.
You'll only need about 1.2mg for 4 days a week at 160 mcg to get through 60 days total. So 2mg.

Has it been proven one way or the other if IGF affects the intestines or organs? I was under the impression that this was not the case.
