I am thinking about trying to run my IGF continuously no time off , that way I can use IGF's muscle perserving benefit to its fullest. Because I have a fast metabolism , I think regardless of how much I build I need to prevent myself best possible from losing my weight.
So I am thinking , figure out how much I can afford to run on a budget to be used all year long. I do not have alot of bills , but also do not make alot of money , bills are expected to pick up in the future , but I am not going radical where all of my extra money is used.... Just a happy amount that I can deal with and have no problem getting by when those expenses pick up.
Then either run
1. Short off cycles.
or
2. No off cycles...
or
3. enough off time to clear my receptors fully
Now I am not as experienced as alot of the members on here with IGF , I just started.... However I feel the biggest benefit I have is from perserving... Please give me opinions on this or otherwise as to what you think would be best and why.... hopefully I can get a bunch of opinions to decide upon. I know the igf is going to have degrading results as the cycles goes on longer because of my receptors as far as from what I have read and understood.... I dont know if there will be a point of no results but please let me know..
Then after figuring that out I will adjust the dosing for a yearly amount , based on those criteria , which meeting my budget. I have 4 bottles of IGF left.... right now I am off , so I can see if my results go away quickly due to my metabolism cause holding weight has always sucked. That way I can get a feel for myself , and learn based on my own body...
I also played around with some dosages , but I have not stayed with them long enough to see what gives me the best bang for the buck.. I will think about what I want to do as far as testing goes with those 4 bottles when I get opinions.. Sorry for the ranting and repeating dinners ready
