new guy question

So i'm no body builder however i have been a Mixed Martial Artist on and off for a few years now. i am currently trying to perfect and advance my ground game however i keep pulling hip muscles (flexors adductors, extensors) and i cant advance if i keep having to take time off. i should be getting MC IGF-1 in the mail soon. will this do the trick?..any advice or thoughts are greatly appreciated.

it might help brutha, not real sure how it would help pulled muscles, but maybe someone else has experience with this specific problem
