good question, you staying at 30mcgs bro or going to adjust it?
 
Im going to stay at 30mcg. I forgot to carb up right after applying. Nothing a few oatmeal cookies couldn't fix

Yeah, it's not that bad, just takes some getting used to sometimes. I applied to my outer quads one day last week and it was a much different pump than I've ever had and my legs hurt the next day like I could not believe.

nah bro its nothing at all,! well well woth the littel uncomfort which always goes away after a couple applications anyways
 
You should always increase your carb intake a bit when you use IGF because it moves a lot more nutrients out of your blood into your muscles the same way insulin does so it can make you a little hypoglycemic.
 
I've noticed that an ab application from like 3 days ago is pretty bruised up. I wonder if a vain was hit or maybe a reaction to the aa.
 
I have done abs with little lumps and the bruises you describe, they go away and are nothing to be concerned about. You have to treat it like any other application site and Aspirate. This will help avoid those nasty bruises.

re you burning more fat from that area by doing it in abs? I noticed I got leaner and bigger by going into the muscle groups I was working that day..any results on that?
 
My abs leaned out a bit after a week. That's no cardio!
Oh yeah bumped to 50mcg after the first 2 days. No hypo issues since.

Yeah man, I've gotta put up some new pics, but I'm down to around 5% body fat from the stuff. I do cardio 5x/week but still insane!

Kept my carb intake about the same and have not had any hypo issue. (1 cup organic oatmeal)

organic oatmeal? I eat loads of oatmeal but i eat the flavored packs like apple cinamon right after I take my IGF-1.

I try to eat organic as much as I can afford it. Rent Food Inc. And you might do organic also!. Btw ... is igf supposed to make u sweat a lot?
