rh IGF-1 questions

First of all, i use the search button, but after a lot of research and studies, i have a question to you, guys with real world experience:

-rh IGF-1 can be used like IGF-1 RL3?
Like i read here, i can use IGF-1 30minutes pre-workout and one hour after workout with second post-workout meal, im correct?

I need to increse the dosages of my rh-igf-1?

I do this questions to you becouse here in brazil i have a contact in a pharmaceutical lab, and he can do 1mg vial (10ml to dilute),
only of rh IGF-1, the lab dont work with IGF Lr3, thanks guys.
 
sorry bro dont know anything about it, did u run a search here on our forums to see who here uses it
 
IGF-1RH can be used right before a workout, but its effects will be limited to that short window, and you'd probably need to take more after the workout. The half life is only a couple of hours. IGF-1 lr3 is much more effective since it's active for a lot longer period. I have used the RH version, but it isn't anywhere near the lr3 version in terms of effectiveness.
 
Can i Use 45minutes-1hour after workout? with my second workout meal?

20mcg right before and 20mcg 45minutes-1hour after (each side)

yes, alot of guys use before and after with great success, but some hear might not recoemend this
