I know it's hard to believe that one supplement can make that big of a difference, but MC IGF has done WONDERS for me personally. I'm not at my highest weight (actually a good 10-15 pounds lighter), but I'm seriously lifting more than I did when I weighed my max. This is the only change in supplementation for me and my max dead is 15 pounds more, bench is every bit of 25 pounds more and God knows how much more I can squat now. And these numbers are compared to what my max lift was in competition so these are raw lifts compared to lifts where I had powerlifting gear on so it's hard to tell what the numbers are when compared to each other
