I'm new to the board, Profeul from MES/Rx board told me about the womens forum here and I'm sooo GLAD he did. I've read some of the old posts and a lot of my questions have already been answered but I just have a few more....
I'm ready to get serious about my body and I want to kickstart my metabolism, my past eating habits have definately screwed up my metabolism. I used to think that by not eating I'd get results, unfortunately that just turned into more problems including an eating disorder(bulimia/aneroxia) so now I want to take something that's going to get my metabolism going again. I know the importance of clean eating and exercise but I want to try out Clen or maybe T3?
I've used products like Hydroxycut and Xenadrine but I wanna try something new. what do you think of a clen/T3 combo for a beginner like myself? is clen/ECA a better choice? I know the approx. doses for the clen but I'm not sure about T3? I was also wondering about my diet while on clen/T3, should I still keep it quite strict? I've also been reading a lot about CKD/BODYOPUS diets and I was wondering how that would work while taking clen/T3 or Clen/ECA? Have any of you tried this diet? what do you think of it? It's seems like hard work but I've heard a lot of people say they see GREAT results while on it, but most of the feedback I've gotten has been from the guys and I'd really like a women's perspective.
Ok I'm gonna STOP rambling....if you can help me out with my questions I'd really appreciate it.
