IGF during PCT

I'm starting my pct soon and was wondering if it would better to use IGF every day during my pct or should I stick to the training days only protocol?

ed during pct is the way to go for sure brutha!!! I know i do it that way and pretty sure alot of others do as well but i will let them chime in and speak for themsselves

I'm thinking of running it everyday until I die lol so for PCT that's a definite for me

The sad thing is I'm not completely joking, I mean I am to a degree, but it's done wonders and this is probably the longest I've went without pain
