First off I'm 20 years old and I'm about 5 foot10 205 pounds and fairly lean. I have been thinking of using igf between cycles. I was thinking about running it at 40mcgs a day and for around 50 days. So my questions are should I split up the dose and hit 20mcgs twice a day or just 40mcgs once. How longs should I run it for from what I have been reading I thought 50 days but idk open for any advice thanks.
