First time igf have some ?s

First off I'm 20 years old and I'm about 5 foot10 205 pounds and fairly lean. I have been thinking of using igf between cycles. I was thinking about running it at 40mcgs a day and for around 50 days. So my questions are should I split up the dose and hit 20mcgs twice a day or just 40mcgs once. How longs should I run it for from what I have been reading I thought 50 days but idk open for any advice thanks.

You can split it up bro as it's best that way. And it's great inbetween cycles to help keep ur gains and maintain your strength and your overall look. It kept me full looking inbetween cycles and my avatar pic is of me just using IGF alone between cycles. I used 30-40 mcgs I believe and forget how long I ran it inbetween cycles, though I do remember the picture was taken at week 7 of being off and I kept my fullness and overall look. So it certainly works well between cycles and I think 50 days is a good number

I would do it bilaterally all at once. Dose is up to you. There are all kinds of ways and durations for running it. I definately don't see an issue with 50 days straight. I wouldn't see an issue with 90 days straight. I've used it on training days for a few years straight and absolutely love it.
 
I'm following the advice of the vets here and using it on training days only while on cycle, everyday during my pct, and then back to training days only between cycles. You're going to love it!
 
I use it once per day before training. I put it on, whatever bodypart im training that day. Gives ya a incrediable pump, and you just look full as hell on it. Dose is up to you, but a good starting dose would be 40mcg, before training (30 mins) eat some good carbs (oatmeal with a shake) and go to town. You will be amazed at the pump
