I hate it when ???

Well we rent our house right now, cause we didnt want to buy anything until we knew that it was the house we wanted to live in for a long time. So for a couple years now, we have rented from these people that had this house in town. Now, I've had no issues with anything, and they are decent people. But, I hate it when they hold our rent check for a month or two then cash in 2 or 3 checks in one day...uuuuggghhhh:curse: when I thought the check was already cashed out, and the money was gone, they go and do 2 in a row on one day, then BOOM ... grand gone all in one day...!!!! how fustrating...So for now on they get cash only...Damn people...I know I should keep better eye on my check book, but damn its been a couple months now...cash that freakin check....

They must be rolling in the dough if they can afford to wait 2-3 months before cashing ur check!

By the way ur a smart man Chris we should have waited for our dream home. Instead we bought a place thinking why throw money away renting when we can buy a house live there for five years and make a profit after the five years by selling it then buy our dream home! Well wish we waited my house is worth half what I owe in the fucked up market and we been here 7 years

I promised my wife we would move closer to her work which is 45 minutes each way after five years and we're still stuck here! Fucking wish we waited to buy!

Fortunately Silk does all the bills and tells me what we have weeks ahead of when everything is due. She can actually tell me how much money I'll have to play with out of a check 3 months from now.
We also currently rent. We literally pay less to rent our condo than we would if the owners signed the deed over to us and we had to pay HOA fees and all the other crap.

That sucks, bro. We moved from CA and have been renting for a few years now after we sold our home in CA. I had the same situation happen a couple of times that you mentioned and now I don't even deal with it and luckily he has paypal and I just shoot him the money so it is out of our account.

You should see if you bank has auto pay where you pick the day the money is drafted and they mail they check out.

No shit Chris .. And the banks get richer from the od fees. I hate banks period but is necessary to live . I live cent to cent and feel for ya brutha !

I have a second job and will hold my paychecks from them until I've got a couple of months worth then cash them all in just to make me feel like I've got a bunch of money lol. I wouldn't do it with a personal check though

This is what we do with all our bills.

I did the same thing with Bill Payment online. It came out of my balance immediately once the check was cut from the bank and I always just went with that
