Anytime you cut hard, even while using AAS, you will lose some muscle. This muscle loss can be kept to a minumum though. Plus the small amount of muscle you lose, will make you appear more striated. Here is my diet right now. I am 3 weeks out from a show though, so you should probably have a few more carbs. Everything is measured exactly.
Meal 1: 12 egg whites, 1/2 cup oats (dry), 1 tbs MCT oil
Meal 2: 8 oz. chicken, 1 cup veggies, 1 tbs MCT oil
Meal 3: 10 oz chicken, 1 cup veggies, 2 tbs. MCT oil
Meal 4: 8 oz. chicken, 1 1/2 cup veggies, 1 tbs MCT oil
Meal 5: 8 oz. chicken, small leaf salad w/ 2 tbs MCT oil and lemon
Meal 6: 8 oz. chicken, 1 cup veggies, 1 tbs MCT oil
Meal 7: 8 oz. chicken, 1 cup veggies, 1 tbs MCT oil
I use Gulden's mustard to choke down that much chicken though, LOL. I drink 2 or more gallons of water ED also. I try my hardest to get in 45 minutes of cardio in the AM on an empty stomach, and 45 minutes in the evening before bed. If you eat to much protien, it will be stored as fat also, so go with 1 1/2 grams of protien per Lb of LEAN MUSCLE MASS, and seperate it throughout your meals. When you are bulking, you can up the protien intake to 2 grams per Lb. Complex carbs are also important to maintaining muscle mass also. The only veggies I eat are broccoli, coliflower and green beans. I would suggest to you, unless you are cutting for a show, to eat sweat potatoes with 1 meal also. Good luck bro! Later
