4 weeks and no workouts

Man im dying to get to the gym. We are in the process of building a house and i decided to clear the land myself to save some $. Ive been hitting it hard everyday w/ the chainsaw and my arms and back are beat by the time im done but its just not the same...so far ive lost 7lbs since i started. hopefully the weather stays nice this weekend and i can finish up
 
My dad and I did the exact same thing. He built a 3200 sq foot log house on some land they bought. We cleared 42 chords of firewood in about 3 weeks. Hard work but damn it's nice. We didn't knock them all down so there's a lot of shade and stays really cool even in 100 degree Texas weather. It sucks to miss workouts but in the long run it's worth it buddy. Post some pics of it as you build it!
 
This is really a wrong habit.Once you have started a work out then later you should not leave this.The interval in work outs break all the build body.So keep this continue but on constant and regular basis.
 
Man, the work you're doing instead is not as though you're doing nothing. You're working muscles that you can't hit in the gym so you're fine, but I know how depressing it can get being out of the gym for a little while. But it's not as though you're just sitting at home
 
If you are not able to go to the Gym then you can also do some workouts in the home also so that your continuity will not break and you can do your workout easily when you are on.
 
Can't build two temples in one day.. A new crib is the best when you are finished.. Gyms are there forever . but I know the feeling..
