well Im going to start applying this to my traps area. I have always used on my stomach other then many years ago when i had nerve damage in my left quads tear drop and it worked a true miracle and the drs said the muscle would never fire again meaning it was flacid and was not contracting, and i found another guy online who is now a good friend who had the same issue and told me to try the igf there and it worked, my quad started flexing again and everything is fine to this very day.

So now im going to give it a run near my injury, unless your new here or living under a rock you know im always bitching about neck and my herniated discs sitting on my nerve.

So im going to give this a real run here and see if anyting happens, im guessing it wont do much at all due to how bad the injury is, but if i can get any type of reliefe im all for it!

At the very least my left traps will look like a mountain lol,

Im going to run 50mcgs 3 times daily on that spot and see what happens.

Stranger things have happened, lol,

This is absolutely AMAZING!!! There seems to be no limits to the benifits of IGF!

If anything it should help you recover fatser from the fusion.

Good luck with that, the only thing I'd be worried about is all of the nerves in the traps, but as long as they don't get aggrevated from applying there you should see something. It may be like you said and you'll just have a mountain for a trap, but that's not a bad thing either

Round one so far so good applied 30mcg a little less then planned but wanted to ease into this area

Okay I'm getting threads confused. Are you still having the surgery or trying this route first?

My follow up for my last epidural is may 1st and im going to tell them we need to move forward and get the fusion, and yes im still trying to make every effort to make the pain go away as it started hurting again, so adding the igf cant hurt especialy knowing how fucking slow my doctors are at getting things scheduled and such, so yes im still trying to help alleviate some pain myself if even possible, but havent been to gym in 2 days since it started huting realy bad again. Why confused?

Bro, I think it's a great idea. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to recommend it. It can't hurt and I truly believe you will see at least some benefit from it.

Why confused? I am Polish I cannot help it :). No I was reading about your fusion in another thread then found this one and was not sure what you were going to do. I agree though it definitely cannot hurt and will probably help, doctors do move slow as hell.

Slow is right I got hurt last spring timish and seen doctors immediatly and i just now got my 3rd and fianl epidural, so yeah you could say they are fucking slow! It the insurance companys stalling and hoping i heal and dont need any further medical care, I asked for the fusion back then as i knew NO shot in the world was going to help, but i realy thought this last 3rd one did do the trick, and i was feeling great then like a dickhead decided to push way to much weight.

Did you know theirs a couple polish jokes out there, wasnt sure if you knew the Polish were Notorious for this, lmao sorry just being a dick :)

Yes I am aware of the Polish jokes and I LOVE them. You shouldn't have gone heavy but whats done is done. You were feeling good and going for it, I have done that in the past as well. Before my rotator cuff surgery they had me do pt, like that is gonna help, several weeks of working out with a rubber band, what a joke! Finally got to have surgery and asked my surgeon (who btw said pt would not work) why I had to go, and he said insurance. So they would rather pay for the pt and then have to pay for the surgery. Seems totally assbackwards to me, not to mention that had I had it done in the first place my recovery would've been well underway.

This Polak came home one day from work, hung up his coat, took
off his hat and walked into his bedroom shouting "honey I am home!"
What should he see but his best friend in bed with his wife.
Infuriated, he rushed to the cupboard, pulled out his gun and put it
to his head. His wife started laughing.
"Don't laugh!" he screams. "You're next!"
