Do proper exercise to increase your stamina.
Outdoor cardio such as jogging, running, swimming, and cycling are more important exercises to enhance the stamina and body strength. Do any of these exercise daily for at least 30 minutes to get better physical fitness and stamina.
Stamina is crucial and remember some AAS affects stamina and endurance such as Tren A or E. If you are on either and stamina is what you are after, drop the tren.. It kills my stamina all together. The flip side for me is EQ. A long test/eq cycle does wonders for me. But the key is training for endurance if thats what you are after.
