As everyone knows I'm a bit of a lab rat and I like to test everything myself. Like the theory that more test is better. For me that is simply untrue. Well most people are of the opinion that there is a sweet spot for your IGF dose. If that works for you then that is great, but that isn't the case for me I'm happy to say!! I did 140mcg bilaterally applied to my calves. I did back and traps first then I did my FST7 for my calves. After the first set of my FST my calves were so pumped I thought they were going to pop!! I had to drop 50lbs per set for the next 3 sets. They felt like they were going to split! For the first time in my life they actually matched my upper body even with a pump!! Now obviously I couldn't walk, but it was incredible. An hour later and they are still pumped!!
