What's the best dose to run this at for extended periods? What are some solid brands? Do you guys do single or multiple doses? What benefits do you see while on it? I plan on doing it all of next year all the way up to the show.
I'm really thinking that this year is my shot to hit my best and I truly believe that I will need Syntherol in my Chest, Arms, and calves. We will see what Helen says when she gets here. I'm ready for her to tell me I look like crap. I just want to look as best as I can. The pictures will be my trophy. For me this will likely be the once in a lifetime effort.
 
I'm not too experienced as far as long term results, but I'm using 2.5iu now and going up to 3 next week, then 4 in 2 weeks after that. As of now I'm just noticing that I am able to eat ANYTHING and stay lean. I'm only taking one dose (it's a small dose so no need to split) in the morning upon waking up
 
Not experienced long term either. I am 3.5 iu upon waking for next two weeks..Then upping to 4iu. And I too eat or feel like eating nonstop but using my willpower to eat clean as possible..But I'm seeing good things happening at that dose for me..
 
I have been using GH for exactly 2 months. I started with blue tops and now im using "nqk" kigtropins. I started at 2 iu's and worked my way up to 4 Iu's. I've been doing 4 for 2 Weeks now. I an doing it in the morning not splitting. I an planning to go to 6 iu's soon, then I will split. I have to be honest, the main thing I notice is how fast my hair grows. I have to get hair cuts every 2 Weeks now. It's expensive just to make your hair grow. My girlfriend says my skin looks better too. Im going to give it six months, and im going to keep going up. I hope I start to see more benefits.

Rips seems to be really good but apparently kami is putting out some solid stuff also at much cheaper price. Do you guys do single or multiple doses? When people run them at high dosages they usually tend to split the dosage to morning and then post-workout, and then before bed. BUT a lot of people do high dosages post-workout with insulin also. What benefits do you see while on it? If they are good quality then amazing fat loss, muscle gain, incredible recovery time, amazing joints, and extremely good sleep. I plan on doing it all of next year all the way up to the show.

The answers are in bold. If you trying to go all the way then use HGH with insulin and T4. Best of luck brother! :)
 
To the best of my knowledge he is already using slin so he should be good there and GH would greatly help out. I totally forgot that factor
 
Yes I'm already using insulin and IGF. I do 12iu in the morning with my first meal and another 12iu post workout. I'm a little nervous about adding T3 though.
 
I wouldn't add T3 just T4. GH up regulates your T4 to T3 conversion(which boosts your metabolism) but the GH it self works in an anticatabolic way also(haven't studied that much yet though).

So just take T4 because your T4 production gets down regulated. I know a couple of guys who don't like the way slin makes them look so they take LR3 instead.

You could take slin pre-workout with DES(pumps are insane...might actually hurt if you dose them high enough so be careful) and by the time your done with your workout your insulin level should be spiked and then just take GH post-workout and you should be good to go.

Now a lot of people say take GH and don't eat anything for 30 minutes but I don't see why would that be do to the fact that your not taking GHRH or GHRP peptides...your taking straight synthetic GH so insulin release shouldn't effect it.

Plus if I remember correctly insulin sensitivity(or production of it) goes down after physical workout. They talked about it in basic nutrition classes but yeah can't remember everything about it. BUT while you workout, like actually during middle of you lifts, your muscles takes up carbohydrates without the use of insulin...got to look that up to. It's something that has been in back of my mind but can't remember what it was and it's been bugging the shit out of me.
