MC IGF and injuries

We have a deep nasty pothole in our neighborhood courtesy of the flood. It's damn near impossible to see, but its a car thrasher. Today Silk wasn't able to avoid it and the impact caused the passenger side front bumper to pop up. So I go outside to align it and pop it in and somehow strain my pec.... Fucking awesome. Normally these things take 3 weeks. So I figured I would use this time to experiment. I immediately use the ultrasound machine on it and applied 50mcg of MC IGF. I'm scheduled to do Chest on Tues. I usually just do IGF pre workout, so I'm excited to see if and how much it will speed up my recovery

Sorry to hear about your injury bro. Like you said though this will be a good test. I've been looking at some TENS units that also come with an ultrasound unit. How do you like your ultrasound unit?

I really like it. I'm older so I've dealt with plenty of injuries so I know the deal. I used to freak out about these things, but since I started using MC IGF I've noticed that I get injured alot less. I think this will be a great test though.

Dammit Silk !! I bet the cuss words were heard around the world when this happened...I'll be interested on the recovery Dude.. I too want a tens unit.. Heard they're awesome.

You know it!
I've done 2 applications so far and I have almost no discomfort already. I didn't bruise or anything. It's barely sore to the touch. I still have to do Quads before I can do chest. Haven't decided if I'll skip it this rotation or not. I'm considering a light pump workout. I'll see how it feels

Ultrasounds are amazing, my wife is an Occupational Therapist and has started using one on my shoulder I had surgery on years ago and its def helping. Oh and so is the IGF. Hope all goes well buddy.

damn you guys ae lucky to have access to this machine, wish i did!
